Senior Organisational Development Consultant

The role

Working with our UK client base across both public and private sector, you will be working as part of a highly creative and passionate team to deliver excellent client experiences across a range of projects.

You will understand the importance of exceptional client experience and solid account handling and have experience of developing programmes and projects that are people-focused, helping our clients to deliver sustainable behaviour change for organisations, communities and the individuals within them.

The person

You will be an experienced OD practitioner, ideally with consultancy and coaching skills, bringing OD techniques, facilitation and engagement to work in partnership with clients and the wider ICE teams to co-create and delivery of high quality and sustainable solutions.

You will be comfortable working independently, and as part of a team and be dedicated to engaged client relationship and robust management.

You will always see opportunity for improvement, development and growth and will be comfortable taking a lead of ICE products to help make them the best they can be.

You will have experiences of supporting and ideally leading sale to win work with new or existing clients.

Essential existing skills/experience:

Degree level or equivalent qualification.

Design and Delivery of Organisational Development projects for clients (Leadership, Culture, Organisational Development, Change, Systems improvement, engagement etc).

Support and lead Organisational projects for clients within timescale, agreed quality and budget.

Winning work - Actively contribute to the sales and marketing of our ‘Organisational Offer’ to new and existing clients.

To build, develop and actively maintain relationships with clients to help them come to ICE first for innovative and impactful solutions.

To continuously be developing own thinking and areas of expertise to support and develop and innovate the ICE offer and products to meet client and market needs.

Organisational development and change management theory and practices.

Team facilitation.

Good working knowledge of public sector especially health and local authority.

Preferred skills

Team Facilitation qualification - Coaching qualification (ILM Level 7).

Experience in using Pychometric tools and feedback.

Quality improvement techniques.
