To create a brand proposition and materials for the newly merged organisation to launch into the market.
We conducted a desktop review to understand the new NHS marketplace, followed by a half-day facilitated session to establish a consensus around needs, values and drivers. This was then created into a proposition document and brand guideline.
The corporate sales brochure was produced along with 20 service line promotional documents, including project specifications and case studies.
