In the second part of our ICEspirations, we asked team to share their proudest achievements - key moments, experiences and challenges this year which helped us to grow and develop – both as team ICE and individually.  

It is our people that make us special. Each team member is uniquely skilled, coming together with a common dream to make better happen 

Welcome to our ICEspirations... 

HR

At the heart of each company is human resources, and ICE is no different. The people’s people, supporting each of our team members to be their best. They look after each of us, ensuring we are happy, healthy and supported in our roles. New or old, prospective or current, HR looks after all of our team members so that we can focus on the job at hand.  

Ethan, our HR and Client Support Assistant, let us know his top three proudest moments this year at ICE: 

‘Firstly, I am most proud of all the amazing opportunity’s we have created within the business and how we have added so many more amazing & talented people to our team over the last 12 months. 

Secondly, to get to watch team members grow and develop on their journey at ICE and helping them achieve some of that. 

And lastly, my own development & growing into the person I want to be to support our ever-growing organisation’ 

 

Business Growth 

We recognise that we each play important parts in keeping the ICE cogs turning, however our business growth experts are responsible for opening new doors and exploring opportunities. We spoke to Zoe about her proudest moment working with ICE. 

“My proudest moment has been opening doors with clients that I know would have stayed shut were it not for me being tenacious and not taking no for an answer. This has led to innovative pilots like the work we’re doing to increase flu and covid vaccination uptake via paid for social media adds, as well as us working with high-profile clients like NHS England and University of Cambridge. Thats the bit I find really rewarding – knowing it wouldn’t have happened had I not made it happen.” 

We’ve achieved so much over the past year, and we’re hoping that 2022 brings the same amount of growth, learning and collaboration that we have seen year after year. Welcome to 2022, the year of growth. But before we go forward we’re asking – What are you most proud of?
