Operational Excellence: Empowering teams to go beyond the process

Uncovering efficiencies through collaboration

Project | Process Redesign and Restructure

Specialisms |
Systems Thinking and Operational Alignment

Why

Economic pressures are constantly squeezing margins with the ability to deliver high quality products at the lowest cost the holy grail of any organisation.

Embedding operational improvement as part of organisational culture is a vital step to not only staying profitable but staying ahead of the market.

How

Working collaboratively with the entire workforce, we opened up the operational heart of Adelphi and left nothing off the table.

We worked closely with all levels of the organisation to understand their pressures, perspectives and preconceptions of the current operational processes.

Analysing this insight, we collaboratively redesigned the operational structures,  leading to a cultural shift in improving innovation. Not only improving efficiencies today, but also making it a normal part of the organisational culture.

What

Cultural understanding of the energy within the organisation.

Report and action plan for each department setting out the areas and topics requiring attention.

Cross organisational understanding improved. The objective data set focused and fuelled conversations.

A bold new strategy for innovation. Implementing collaboration, creativity and connection for the whole staff team.

“The activities we did highlighted a way of thinking which I hadn’t thought of before. Unpacking the concepts and breaking them down for our context. I can’t wait to take this to my team!”
