THE CHALLENGE

Drive wider audience engagement, increase awareness and deliver a memorable take-away for participants of the first ever online programme. With ‘crew’ (students) attending this inaugural Interactive Space Program from 28 countries all over the world together with the added ability for the public to join in and watch for the first time.

OUR APPROACH

Working across multiple global time zones with ISU staff based as far apart as Strasbourg, Chicago, Florida, India, Africa and Australia, ICE provided remote digital live Graphic Scribe services at a series of six virtual public events to capture the content, lectures, panel discussions and demonstrations live and in real-time, delivered via Zoom and YouTube-Live.

THE IMPACT

7 static Graphic Scribes & timelapse animations together with one compilation video to use in marketing future events and programmes which really bring to life the benefits of joining an ISU programme. The Graphic Scribes captured the fascinating content and insight from the programme helping to raise the profile of the ISU, form a keepsake for attendees and bring the events to life in a deeply engaging and impactful way.
