Weight Management

We know what works to help people lose weight and, through insight, we know what people can do, when, where and how to best succeed.

29% of the population in England is obese (an increase of 10% since 2016) [1]. It’s a stark figure that paints a picture of rising, unstoppable and uncontrollable spiral of weight gain with no way to stop it.

Not at ICE Creates. We’ve seen literally thousands of people, and we know what works to help people lose weight and we know, through insight, what people can do, when, where and how to best succeed.

In 2019 nearly two thirds of the people (62%) we have supported in our coach-led service have lost 5% and more of their body weight.

Tips from Clients

  • Keep a food diary, it’s really useful in terms of making you aware of what you’re eating
  • It’s up to you to lose weight or quit smoking, nobody else, so find what motivates you and use that as your drive
  • It helps to have a friend, colleague or family member to tell about your progress at the end of the week.
